Teamwork

Teamwork is a vital component of conducting business in today's market driven economy.  It is important that we have an appreciation for the formation of teams in working towards a common goal.  This approach fosters greater efficiencies in the division of responsibilities within an organization and likely between organizations.  Apart from knowing what teams are, we will also have an appreciation of what constitutes a good team as well as some principles in how to develop and build team cohesiveness.
