The measurement of buildings is critical to the economic decision-making process for many investors in real estate. As with the general application of standards across industries, it does provide a clear pathway for Jamaica to participate effectively in the global market space and help to attract needed foreign direct investment.
The objective of the course is to introduce the measurement principles to the industry to improve knowledge amongst practitioners that will translate to more standardization in practice and facilitate behavioral changes within the industry.
We endeavor to enroll have you registered on the Learning Management System and enrolled in the course for which you have paid, within two (2) working days of your initial payment. You have a total of ninety (90) days within which to complete a course, starting from the date of your initial enrolment. Failure to complete the course within the specified 90 days will result in an automatic delisting, requiring you to again pay to sit the course.
