The Basis of Value CPD course is designed to introduce and highlight the various Bases of Value that are recognized by the International Valuation Standards Committee, a body which promotes globalized standardization for Valuations. Our adherence to these standards can only rebound to the benefit of the profession and the protection of the stakeholders, while promoting professional transparency.
